STRICT ADHERENCE TO UIDAI GUIDELINES/ यूआईडीएआई के दिशा निर्देशों का पालन

Message/ संदेश: This is to inform you to strictly follow the UIDAI guidelines to avoid any kind of legal or penal action. You must ensure that your center is operational in a govt. premise and an authorised rate chart is displayed at the center. It must also be made sure that all the hardware and software used are only as per UIDAI specifications and standards. There should not be any kind of public display or sharing of AADHAAR data of any resident in any manner. Any person found trying to violate any UIDAI terms or guidelines or in any manner trying to tamper or fiddle with the Aadhaar software will be booked under the offence of AADHAAR ACT 2016 and Information Technology Act 2000 and will be jailed for a period upto 10 years with a penalty ranging from Rs 50,000 to 1,00,000.
ong>आपको सूचित किया जाता है की किसी भी तरह की कानूनी या दंड कार्रवाई से बचने के लिए यूआईडीएआई के दिशा-निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करें। आपको यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि आपका आधार केंद्र सरकारी कार्यालय के अंदर या उसकी परिसीमा में कार्यव्रत हो और एक अधिकृत दर चार्ट केन्द्र में प्रदर्शित हो। यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए कि उपयोग किए गए सभी हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर केवल यूआईडीएआई विनिर्देशों और मानकों के अनुसार हैं। किसी भी प्रकार से किसी भी निवासी के आधार डेटा को सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन या साझा नहीं करना चाहिए। यदि कोई ऑपरेटर या VLE यूआईडीएआई के नियमों या दिशानिर्देशों या आधार सॉफ्टवेयर के साथ छेड़छाड़ की कोशिश में किसी भी तरह का उल्लंघन करने का प्रयास करता पाया गया तो वो आधार अधिनियम 2016 और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 के अपराध के तहत दर्ज किया जाएगा और 10 वर्ष तक की अवधि के लिए जेल भेज दिया जाएगा। अभियुक्त को जेल के साथ 50,000 से 1,00,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना भी भुगतना पड़ेगा।
Message: This is to inform you that it is now mandatory for any operator/VLE carrying out Aadhaar Services to have their police verification completed. Anyone who is not having his police verification will not be allowed to continue giving aadhaar services at his/her center. You need to submit your police verification to your nearest CSC UID District coordinator within 15 days from now to avoid termination of your ID.
संदेश: आपको सूचित किया जाता है है कि अब किसी भी ऑपरेटर / VLE को आधार सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए अपना पुलिस सत्यापन पूरा करवानाअनिवार्य है। जो कोई भी पुलिस सत्यापन नहीं करता है उसे अपने केंद्र में आधार सेवाएं जारी रखने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। आपको अपने निकटतम सीएससी यूआईडी जिला समन्वयक को आज से 15 दिनों के भीतर अपने पुलिस सत्यापन को जमा कराना होगा ।
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Revision of UIDAI Penalty Structure
As per the new OM issued by UIDAI dated 20th June 2017 the following changes/addition have been made to the penalty structure:
The penalty for overcharging or any malpractice being done at any enrolment center has been increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000 per case reported.
Due to various cases of bypassing the operator biometric capture being reported, UIDAI has decided to impose a penalty of Rs 100,000 per enrolment station found to be bypassing the operator biometric.
The UIDAI Violation could also lead to imprisonment of upto 10 years with the above penal actions. VLEs are advised to follow the UIDAI guidelines strictly to avoid such penalties.
INDEMNITY AND AFFIDAVIT TO BE SIGNED BY VLES
Affidavit and Indemnity bond which need to signed by each VLE doing Aadhaar Enrolment/Update under CSC SPV. This Affidavit and Indemnity holds the VLE responsible for any penalty levied by UIDAI and provided VLEs assurance that the VLE will bear any penalty imposed by UIDAI.
The Affidavit need to be notarized and signed on Rs 10 stamp paper and Indemnity bond on Rs 100 stamp paper. The stamp duty will be paid by VLE and its mandatory for all VLEs to sign this in order to continue working under CSC.
Kindly get the copy of the bond and affidavit from your respective CSC UID coordinator.
