प्रिय VLE
नीचे बुनियादी सुरक्षा स्वच्छता से संबंधित कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु दिए गए हैं।
VLE को सलाह दी जाती है कि नीचे लिखे सभी बिंदुओं को ध्यान से पढ़ें:
· जब तक आवश्यक न हो, सहकर्मियों के प्रति संवेदनशील जानकारी का खुलासा न करें।
· कभी भी अजनबियों को व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (नाम, खाता संख्या, पता, फोन नंबर, पासवर्ड) न भेजें।
· कभी भी फोन / मोबाइल पर किसी को जानकारी न दें:
a) पासवर्ड
बी) या किसी भी संवेदनशील जानकारी
· पासवर्ड शेयर न करें। किसी भी कारण से अपना पासवर्ड किसी को न दें या जब कोई देख रहा हो तो अपना पासवर्ड टाइप करें।
· अपना पासवर्ड न लिखें। एकाधिक सिस्टम पर एक ही पासवर्ड का उपयोग न करें।
· DigiMail के माध्यम से बल्क ईमेल न भेजें।
· अपने कंप्यूटर को कभी भी एक मिनट के लिए भी अप्राप्य पर लॉग इन न करें।
याद रखें, आप अपने यूजर आईडी का उपयोग करके की गई किसी भी गतिविधि के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।
· व्यक्तिगत या वित्तीय जानकारी के लिए पूछने वाले ईमेल, या पॉपअप संदेशों का जवाब न दें, या उन पर क्लिक न करें।
· वायरस के झांसे या चेन मेल का प्रचार न करें।
· अज्ञात प्रकाशक से सॉफ्टवेयर डाउनलोड न करें।
· अज्ञात प्रेषकों से ईमेल अटैचमेंट न खोलें।
· यदि आप ऐसा करने के लिए अधिकृत नहीं हैं, तो अपने कंप्यूटर पर अवांछित जानकारी संग्रहीत न करें।
Below are some important points related to basic security hygiene.
The VLEs are advised to read all the below mentioned points carefully:
· Do not disclose sensitive information to co-workers unless necessary.
· Never send personal information (name, account numbers, address, phone numbers, passwords) to strangers.
· Never provide information to someone over the phone/mobile such as:
a) Password
b) Or any Sensitive Information
· Do not share passwords. Do not give your password to anyone for any reason or type your password when someone is watching.
· Don’t write down your password. Don’t use the same password on multiple systems.
· Do not send bulk emails through DigiMail.
· Never leave your computer logged on unattended, even for a minute.
· Remember, you are responsible for any activity performed using your user id.
· Do not reply to, or click on links within, emails or popup messages that ask for personal or financial information.
· Do not propagate virus hoaxes or chain mail.
· Do not download software from unknown publisher.
· Do not open email attachments from unknown senders.
· Do not store unwanted information on your computer if you are not authorized to do so.
Generic Activities to ensure Information Security : सूचना सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सामान्य गतिविधियाँ
· सभी व्यक्तियों की गोपनीयता को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सभी डेटा की गोपनीयता बनाए रखें।
· मजबूत पासवर्ड बनाएं। एक यादगार और सुरक्षित पासवर्ड बनाने के लिए एक वाक्यांश / गीत से अक्षरों का उपयोग करें, अंक जोड़ें, और ऊपरी और निचले मामले पत्र का उपयोग करें।
· अपने पासवर्ड नियमित रूप से बदलें।
जब आप काम कर रहे हों या समय की विस्तारित अवधि के लिए अपना कार्य क्षेत्र छोड़ रहे हों, तो हमेशा सिस्टम को लॉग ऑफ करें
· एंटी-वायरस सॉफ़्टवेयर को समय पर स्थापित और अद्यतन किया जाना चाहिए।
शेयरवेयर से सावधान रहें; इसमें वायरस हो सकता है।
अपने कंप्यूटर को इंटरनेट घुसपैठियों से बचाने के लिए फ़ायरवॉल का उपयोग करें।
· टेम्प और कुकीज़ को बार-बार हटाते रहें
· सुरक्षित तरीके से सूचना का निपटान
· निम्नलिखित के लिए जाँच छोड़ने से पहले:
ए। संवेदनशील सामग्री और आपके लैपटॉप सुरक्षित हैं
ख। दराज, फ़ाइल अलमारियाँ और कार्यालय बंद हैं
· Maintain the confidentiality of all data, keeping in mind the privacy of all individuals.
· Create strong password. To make a memorable and secure password use the letters from a phrase/song, add digits, and use upper and lower case letter.
· Change your passwords regularly.
· Always log off system when you are done or are leaving your work area for an extended period of time.
· Anti-virus software should be installed and updated timely.
· Beware of shareware; it may contain a virus.
· Use firewall to protect your computer from Internet intruders.
