UIDAI की तरफ से #My Aadhaar Online #Contest शुरू किया गया है. 18 जून से शुरू होने वाली यह प्रतियोगिता 8 जुलाई तक जारी रहेगी. इस कॉन्टेस्ट में आधार कार्ड रखने वाला कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक हिस्सा ले सकता है. पूरे कॉन्टेस्ट के आधार पर UIDAI की तरफ से 48 विजेताओं का चयन किया जाएगा.
कॉन्टेस्ट में हिस्सा लेने के लिए यह करें
यदि आपको कॉन्टेस्ट में हिस्सा लेना है तो आप आधार की तरफ से दी जानें वाली सर्विस में से किसी भी एक का 30 से 120 सेकेंड तक का एनिमेटिड ट्यूटोरियल विडियो बना लें. वीडियो हिंदी या अंग्रेजी किसी भी भाषा में बनाया जा सकता है. इसके बाद वीडियो का लिंक UIDAI की ईमेल [email protected] पर भेज दें. |
इन बातों का रखें ध्यान
UIDAI की तरफ से कुल 15 कैटेगरी में वीडियो एंट्री मांगी जा रही हैं. आप यदि एक से ज्यादा वीडियो भेजेंगे तो आपके जीतने की संभावना और भी बढ़ जाएगी. लेकिन यह ध्यान रहे कि आपकी एक बेस्ट वीडियो को ही पुरस्कार के लिए चुना जाएगा. इस कॉन्टेस्ट में आप टीम के साथ नहीं बल्कि अकेले ही हिस्सा ले सकते हैं. यह भी ध्यान रखें कि वीडियो पूरी तरह आपका ही होना चाहिए. यूआईडीएआई टीम की तरफ से इसकी पूरी जांच की जाएगी.
वीडियो भेजने के लिए यह करें
वीडियो बनाने के बाद आप यूट्यूब, गूगल ड्राइव या अन्य किसी वीडियो शेयरिंग प्लेटफॉर्म पर अपलोड कर उसका लिंक UIDAI को ई-मेल कर दें. वीडियो mp4, avi, flv, wmv, mpeg या mov फार्मेट का ही होना चाहिए. हाई रिज्यूलूश्न और फुलएचडी वाले वीडियो को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी.
यह भी जरूरी
वीडियो भेजने के दौरान आपको कुछ निजी जानकारियां भी देनी होंगी. जरूरी है कि आपका आधार अकाउंट से लिंक होना चाहिए. इसके अलावा आधार नंबर, नाम, पता और मोबाइल नंबर जैसी जरूरी जानकारियां यूआईडीएआई को देनी होंगी. यदि आपका आधार अकाउंट से लिंक नहीं है तो इसे 31 अगस्त तक लिंक करा सकते हैं.
ऐसे मिलेगा प्राइज
कैश प्राइज कुल 15 कैटेगरी और कैटेगरी के टॉप 3 वीडियो को अवॉर्ड मिलेगा. इसमें पहले विजेता को 20 हजार, दूसरे को 10 हजार और तीसरे विजेता को 5 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे. कॉन्टेस्ट में सभी एंट्री के लिए बेस्ट वीडियो का अवार्ड भी रखा गया है. इसमें विजेता को 30 हजार, दूसरे को 20 हजार और तीसरे को 10 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे.

The Contest is open to residents of India ONLY.
Non-Aadhaar holders are not eligible to participate.
Duration:
The validity of this campaign begins at 00:00 on June 18, 2019 and ends at 23:59 on July 8, 2019. (i.e. 21 days)

a) Make a short graphical/ animation video tutorial on ANY of the below listed Aadhaar Online Services:

b) The duration of the videos can be between 30 seconds to up to 120 seconds only.
c) The video shall explain/elaborate the entire process of using any of the above listed service (ONLY ONE SERVICE per video) in way that can be best conveyed to the residents.
d) These videos may be in the form of graphical or white board animation or any other format (as selected by the participant) having duration of about 30 seconds to 120 second majorly (longer duration of up to two minutes in respect of 4. and 5. above may be required).
e) The videos should have clear sound (voice over and/ or music). Videos with better sound quality will be given preference.
f) To send us the video film, follow:
· Upload the video to YouTube OR Google Drive OR Online File Sharing (e.g. WeTransfer, SendSpace, DropBox, JumpShare, Hightail etc.)
· Send us the video link by EMAIL to [email protected]. Video sent via any other medium will not be considered as a valid entry for the contest
g) Entries should be in MP4, AVI, FLV, WMV, MPEG or MOV video format ONLY. Videos with in full HD or higher resolution (1920×1080 px) will be given preference.
h) All the contestants must positively send in their entries for this contest along with the following details:
1. Aadhaar Number (participant’s)
2. Name as on Aadhaar
3. Contact address
4. Mobile Number
5. A confirmation (ONLY Yes/No. Bank details not required) that their Aadhaar is linked to a bank account.
6.In case the participant’s Aadhaar is not linked to a bank account, please refer to Point No. ‘h’ in General Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
i) Entries must be submitted via email to [email protected] ONLY. No physical copy will be accepted at any of the UIDAI offices.
DO’s:
A participant can select one or more categories to participate and send us multiple videos to increase their chance of winning. However, only ONE video will be considered for award.
Individual entries will be accepted. Team entries will not be accepted.
Submitted video must be the original work of the participant with all creative and copyrights owned by the participant and handed over to UIDAI once submitted as a valid entry.
The submitted video should not have been published anywhere on or before the contest date.
Video can either be in Hindi or English Only.
Don’ts:
Any entry or submission shared as a public Tweet/ Post or Comment on UIDAI’s official social media pages will be deemed invalid. Any conversation regarding contest participation will be done from the given email ID ONLY.
Use of Plagiarism will not be appreciated and such entry will be regarded invalid.
While creating the tutorial video, smudge or blur Aadhaar number or any other contact details that may appear in the video. Any video showing any individual’s Aadhaar number or contact details will immediately be deemed as invalid entry.
In case the participant’s Aadhaar is not linked to a bank account, please refer to Point No. ‘h’ in General Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
RESTRICTIONS:
Your entry shall not contain any content that:
is derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious or unnecessarily violent, profane, or pornographic.
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activity that may appear unsafe or dangerous.
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group.
appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries.
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, companies, or organizations.
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission.
Evaluation:
After the last date, all eligible entries, received during the Contest Period, will be evaluated by UIDAI.
Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:
Explanation of the chosen service
Correctness & Relevance of the content
Creativity of the participant
Video quality
Sound quality
Once video selection for each category and overall awards is completed, the Finalists will be contacted through email by August 31, 2019. If you have not been contacted by this date, you may assume that your video has not been short-listed.
Winners Selection:
The UIDAI’s discretion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
All winners will be notified by email and results will be posted on the Social Media Platforms.

All the contestants must give consent to the use of their video/ information submitted, for advertising purposes in any and all media, including online announcements, without additional compensation.
UIDAI reserves right to not award any prize in any category(s), if no suitable entries are received.

· The winning entries as decided by UIDAI’s committee will be awarded cash prizes as described below:
· Top 3 videos in each category (15 x 3 = 45 nos.):
o 1st – Rs. 20,000
o 2nd – Rs. 10,000
o 3rd – Rs. 5,000
· Best 3 videos from all the entries (1 x 3 = 3 nos.):
o 1st – Rs. 30,000
o 2nd – Rs. 20,000
o 3rd – Rs. 10,000
· The Prize money will be sent to the winner’s Aadhaar linked bank account only.
· Prizes are non transferable.
· Result will be posted on Social Media on or before August 31, 2019.
General Conditions:
a. Participation in the contest does not guarantee winning.
b. One participant can win only ONE award in any of the categories (as selected by UIDAI committee). However, participants can send multiple entries in different categories to increase their chances of winning.
c. Only one entry per category will be considered per participant.
d. Participation in the contest itself means that the contestant agrees to the terms and conditions as laid out in this document.
e. The contestant also gives consent to UIDAI to use his/her name, and/or video or parts thereof in any merchandise, advertisements, educational materials or publicity carried out or produced by UIDAI without further notice or compensation.
f. UIDAI can publish or decline to publish, or use or decline to use, any submitted videos from #MyAadhaarOnline Contest in any form it deems fit.
g. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest.
h. It is mandatory for all the participants to have an Aadhaar linked bank account for hassle-free and fair disbursement of prize amount, if selected as a winning entry. If you do not have your Aadhaar linked to your bank account and you wish to participate and showcase your talent on a national level, you can still participate by linking your Aadhaar with your respective bank account until the result of the said contest is out i.e, August 31, 2019. In such cases, the contestant needs to inform UIDAI with a confirmation that his/ her Aadhaar is now linked to a bank account.
i. UIDAI is not responsible for any errors or omissions in advertising this contest. This contest will run in accordance with these contest rules, subject to amendment by UIDAI.
j. UIDAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify, postpone or terminate this contest or the rules at anytime in its sole discretion and without any prior notice.
k. UIDAI reserves the right to extend the contest duration and accordingly extend the winners’ announcement dates, at anytime during the contest in its sole discretion. Any such change shall be communicated via the official social media profiles of Aadhaar.
i. UIDAI reserves right to not award any prize in any category(s), if no suitable entries are received.
