➡️➡️ Due to the unusual pill-like shape of the earpieces, the Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro stand out from the competition. Although the design is familiar for the brand, it shares a lot of similarities with the Redmi Earbuds S launched in 2022. It is possible to get a proper in-canal fit with silicone ear tips, and the earpieces didn’t stick too far out of my ears.
Even though I initially found the fit awkward, it was never uncomfortable and eventually I got used to the way the earpieces felt. It was quite nice to find a combination of glossy and dull finishes on the earpieces, and the pink color of my review unit looked decent. The white and blue colors are also quite pleasing to the eye.
With the shape of the Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro, the touch-sensitive areas on each earpiece are quite large. Despite the controls being a bit challenging, enough room is provided for accurate gestures. Among the three taps, a single tap does nothing; a double-tap on the left invokes your paired smartphone’s voice assistant; and a double-tap on the right plays and pauses music.

Qualcomm’s QCC3040 processor, Bluetooth 5.2, and SBC, aptX, and aptX Adaptive Bluetooth codecs are supported. As AAC is not supported, there will be a noticeable difference in sound quality between Android and iOS devices;

Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro have a good, but not exceptional sound quality
➡️ In theory, the Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro has quite an impressive list of specifications for a headset priced at Rs. 2,999. In practice, these true wireless earphones do deliver decent sound quality.
➡️➡️ The Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro’s battery life was decent, with the earpieces lasting a little over five hours on a single charge when operated at moderate volume levels and using aptX Adaptive or aptX Bluetooth. In total, the charging case added over four full charges, for a total battery life of close to 28 hours.
For a headset in this price range with this feature set, Battery Life and Charging, this is pretty impressive. There is no fast charging though, so the case will take around three hours to charge.
➡️ The Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro offers you up to 30 hours of battery life with the case and up to 7 hours on a single earbud.
➡️ The earbuds offer 5 hours of calling, 7 hours of music playback and 120 hours of standby time on 100% battery.
